How to not look tired?

We have been working overtime for the past few days and I want to know if there is any trick how to not look tired when I report to the office in the morning.

Drinking lots of water is the easiest way to look fresh even after long hours at work. Dehydration is the main cause why your skin looks old and tired so try to drink as much liquid as you can to look young and vibrant. Nutritionists recommend up to 8 glasses of water a day so try drink that much. Though you should avoid coffee and tea, however, because they’ll only make you urinate more frequently and every time you urinate, your body losses more water and ends up even more dehydrated.

Yeah, I think how to not look tired is a totally different question than how to not feel tired. For the former, the most effective and practical solution is to put on makeup.

This may sound ironic, but doing some light exercise will actually help you shake off that fatigued feeling. So get off your chair and start moving. You don’t need to lift weights or run a marathon to wake up your tired muscle. Just a few minutes of brisk walk in the morning can do wonders in your look for the whole day. Sweating through work-out is a great way to release toxins from your body as well as help your skin look young.

One way to not look tired is by wearing bright clothing. You don’t need to look garish by wearing an all red outfit to work. Just accessorize your clothing with some bright colors to add excitement to your overall look. For example, try wearing a red scarf around your neck if it is cold. A bright colored undershirt is also a nice touch, especially if your company uniform is boring.
